DO YOU HAVE DUST EVERYWHERE? LET US HELP!

OVERVIEWSEASON SPECIALSBENEFITSPROCEDURESAPPLIANCE REPAIR

Our courteous, insured, professionally trained technicians use the process that follows National Air Duct Cleaners Association guidelines.

1. We thoroughly pre-inspect your home's air duct system before any work is done. We inform you of exactly what work we will do as part of the air duct cleaning service.

2. AAA-Anderson's cleans all registers/grilles, and the inside of each return and supply opening using a van mounted vacuum along with specialized air tools.

3. We continue to clean your entire air duct system, including air filter, blower and motor, burners, heat exchanger, pilot assembly, and oil bearings. We use the vacuum and assortment of air tools to get into every nook and cranny of the system, thoroughly cleaning every air duct.

4. We zone off areas as needed to ensure the entire system is cleaned properly.

5. All dirt and debris is removed to our large vacuum bag behind our van.

6. We put everything back together again and clean up our work area.

The only thing we ask of you prior to us arriving is:

1. A place in driveway closest to home for equipment to reach from van to furnace room.

2. Contain pets in an area of your choice if you think they may try to exit the home. If them exiting is not a concern leave them be, we are good with pets.

3. We do need to work around furnace area and ask that we have room to work.

4. We do need to get to every vent in home (heat/supplies, and cold air intakes/returns).

5.  We do take off vent covers throughout home as we go and move furniture. After cleaning we do put covers and furniture back. We do not ask you to do this prior tpo us arriving. Unless the covers have been painting on to wall over and over. If so we do ask you to remove them or break the paint seal, so no damage is done by us.

6. If you have a new throw away filter leave it next to furnace we will put in after cleaning. Please do not replace before cleaning. Some debris/dust may get on it. We can clean it with air pressure and vac if it is to late.

HOW WE CLEAN THE CLOTHES DRYER AND DUCTING

1. We use our vacuum and air tools to thoroughly clean the components of dryer including the burner, motor, lint screen and exhaust fan.

2. We also use an air snake with a duct ball that forces air pressures out in a backwards fashion to thoroughly clean the air ducting for the dryer from the exterior of the home.

3. We will then clean up the debris from surrounding areas.

How to prepare for cleaning:

Please take clothes out of dreyr.

  • HOW WE CLEAN CHIMNEYS

  • 1. We start by taking the necessary precautions, by putting down a tarp in front of the fireplace, using a high powered-vacuum to prevent any mess.

  • 2. We sweep the chimney with a brush & 5 feet connecting rods (that will ensure complete distance sweep) using agitating motion to remove the creosote from the chimney liner. As the creosote is dropping from the chimney, our high-powered vacuum automatically sucks it all up into a large bag outside. We do the cleaning from the inside up (most cases) to control the creosote amount that falls during sweeping. Rather than sweep all down and hope for best when damper opens..

  • 3.We clean the smoke chamber and shelf with air tools and vacuum.

  • 4. We clean the firebox with hand brush, air tools and vacuum.

  • 5. We do not guarantee structural damages due to improper use beyond our control.

  • 6. We cannot remove stage 3 build up.

Please do not have fire 24 hrs prior to us arriving to clean the chimney!

We offer free visual inspection after cleaning of chimney.
During the cleaning if we notice loose mortar falling during sweep this would be our first indicator something is wrong with chimney. We would inspect further.
We do minor repairs only. We do not rebuild or redo spalding.
